Enterprise Community - eReporting - Download Financials Template

All your quarterly reporting requirements that you send to Enterprise Community Investment's Asset Management department pursuant to your Operating Partnership Agreement (with the exception of copies of your bank statement and rent rolls) are included in the ESIC Reporting template. This template can be downloaded below. It runs using Microsoft Excel version 97 or higher. Simply fill in the required information in the template, return to this website and submit your data back to us.
