Here are answers to some of your most frequently asked questions...

  • The Template does not startup properly for any of the three following reasons:
  • A.) The instructions told me to select "Enable Macros" after I open the Enterprise Reporting template. It did not ask me to do so. What do I do now?

B.) The instructions told me to enter my 5 digit sponsor code after opening the Enterprise Reporting template. It did not ask me for my code. The file opened directly to the Welcome screen. I can get into the file but the property name does not appear. What do I do now?

C.) I am getting a message "security too high". What do I do?

Your security level in Excel is set to "High". When set to "high", Excel does not allow you to run all macros. The Enterprise Reporting Template does include macros, so you need to set the security level to "medium".

Once this has been changed, Excel will prompt you to enable or disable macros upon opening excel spreadsheets. To use the Enterprise Reporting template you must select "Enable Macros" when prompted. To change the security level to "medium", follow the steps below:

  1. Open Excel.
  2. Select "Tools" from the menu bar.
  3. Then select "Macros", then "Security".
  4. On the "Security Level" tab, change the security to "Medium".
  5. Click "OK".

Now you can go back and re-open the Enterprise Reporting template. Proceed per the instructions.
