Enterprise Community Investment - Reporting - Electronic Financial Reporting - Submit Fincancials

Submit Your Financial Information

Read all instructions (you may want to print this page for a reference).

Type your name, email address, and your property's legal name. Select the appropriate quarter and year you are reporting on.
If needed, add comments for your Asset Manager regarding your property. Comments may pertain to the financial statements, vacancy, construction, lease up, compliance, tax credits, tax returns, etc.
Attach your completed Enterprise Reporting template by clicking on the browse button and navigating to your file. Click OK. (Only one submission per Limited Partnership.)
Click "Submit Your Financials" below to begin transmitting your financial data to Enteprise.
Follow the Instructions on the proceeding pages.

Please Note the following three statements about eReporting Submission:

Please attach WORD (.doc), Excel (.xls), Powerpoint (.ppt), Adobe PDF (.pdf), or Zipped Archives (.zip) only.
No File may exceed 20 Megabytes (20 MB) in size.
It is STRONGLY advised that you do not use this system without a high-speed internet connection (e.g. Cable Modem, DSL, etc.).
